The Ooni of Ife is said to have moved on from his estranged wife, Naomi Ogunwusi, and married a new wealthy wife.
According to the report, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, Ooni of Ife, is set to marry Mariam Anako, an oil and gas executive from Kogi State.
According to Kemi Ashefon, Ooni’s alleged new wife will be the monarch’s last wife.
Mariam Anako, who works at NestOlil, is from Kogi State native of the Ebira ethnic group.
She is said to have been of great assistance to the Ooni, which must have endeared her to him.
Although Ooni has yet to issue an official statement, the report claims the new wife has not yet entered the palace.
Months back, Queen Naomi shocked the fans of the Ife royals when she renounced her name and role as the Queen of Ife.
The beautiful prophetess and mother of one stirred mixed reactions online when she accused the monarch of being two-faced.
