Sadio Mane needs to be a little bit more self-assured, according to head coach Julian Nagelsmann, who made the remarks after the striker went without a shot in Bayern Munich’s 2-0 Champions League victory against Barcelona.

Bayern scored goals from Lucas Hernandez and Leroy Sane to win at home on Tuesday. Mane was replaced in the 70th minute.
Mane has five goals for the Bundesliga team since moving there from Liverpool, but he hasn’t scored in his team’s last four contests.
“It’s quite normal as a newcomer, who of course still has to adapt to certain procedures that are a bit different to those at Liverpool,” Nagelsmann told reporters.
“I already said during the week that I would like him to do certain things more. Maybe less looking for the ball or teammates, and trying to be a bit more self-confident.
“But we are very happy that we have him and he will put his stamp on our game.”
