Suspected Fulani herdsmen allegedly stabbed to death one person and injured another during an attack in Plateau State’s Riyom Local Government Area on Monday.

Sources at the community said that the incident happened around 9:45 pm on Monday when herders from Fass of Jol community, Riyom LG. mobilised and attacked Darwat helmet with dangerous weapons.
It was gathered the attack was after residents appended one of the herdsmen that grazed into more than 10 farms in the village.
A WhatsApp message by Dalyop Solomon Mwantiri of the Emancipation Centre for Crisis Victims in Nigeria-ECCVN said Davou Mwatep, 32, was stabbed to death while Dachomo Ishaya sustained injuries and was rushed to the hospital.
