Frederick Leonard, a Nollywood actor, has had enough of his name and reputation being tainted by fraud.
The actor has finally spoken out after receiving messages from fraud victims about how imposters posing as him defraud his fans of their hard-earned money.
Freddie, who is currently on vacation, became frustrated with the constant draggings and complaints and lashed out at the victims.
He believes that victims of internet scams are just as guilty as the perpetrators.
He shared screenshots of his chats with a female fan, noting how the lady was almost as smart until she chose to be evasive and play reverse psychology, unaware that he was on his period today.

āIām on Holidays so I have the time to attend to some nonsense. I have always said that the victims of internet scam by means of impersonation are as guilty as the imposters. She was almost smart, but then chose to be evasive and wanted to play reverse psychology, not knowing that Iām on my period today. Everyone that got scammed indulged the imposter! If you get scammed (Obviously because you indulged) Do nit come to my mail or dm. Report to the local police/authority in your country, not me. I am not the FBI. Iām a filmmakerā.
Freddie Leonard isn’t the only one caught up in this situation.
Mr P of the popular duo Psquare, music superstar Peter Okoye, had lashed out at fraud victims.
Peter Okoye wondered if fraudsters use charms in their operations because he doesn’t understand how they can persuade victims to pay for giveaways.
Mr P stated this while responding to the rantings of a victim who had fallen into the hands of fraudsters impersonating the singer.
Taking to Twitter, the victim demanded that the singer refund his money.
The victim cursed him and told him not to embarrass himself on the app.
In response, Peter stated that a good name was preferable to a bad name.
He blamed the victims, accusing them of being selfish and greedy.
Peter mentioned how giveaways were supposed to be free, but they were taken advantage of by con artists.
